Provide on-site and community-based nursing care to women and gender-diverse people accessing YWCA housing programs, including assessments, testing, treatment support, referrals, and coordinated care planning. Develop and deliver accessible health education, support harm reduction and recovery goals, maintain confidential records, and collaborate with clients, staff, and community partners to promote safety and well-being.
