Job Title: Product Manager (Healthcare) - REMOTE Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE) Job Description We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in Healthcare and Business Analysis to drive product strategy and roadmap execution. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology partners to define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver innovative solutions that support healthcare business objectives. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the product roadmap for assigned Healthcare business lines. Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Partner with business leaders, operations teams, and technology teams to deliver product enhancements. Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle. Prioritize features based on business value and customer needs. Ensure successful implementation and adoption of product initiatives. Support Agile planning, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing. Drive continuous process improvements and product optimization. Required Skills Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner. Strong Business Analysis and requirements gathering experience. Healthcare domain expertise is mandatory. Experience working with Healthcare CRM platforms. Knowledge of Medicare and/or Healthcare Operations. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
