Provide clinical expertise and support to an interdisciplinary case management team serving severely injured workers, including assessing needs and planning health care services. Oversee complex claims, conduct onsite visits, collaborate with stakeholders on stay-at-work and return-to-work plans, and deliver education sessions.

Process and validate health care accounts and charges related to injured workers’ claims, and prepare correspondence about adjudicated benefits. Identify billing and payment errors, process account credits, and support workflow improvements by gathering, testing, and validating data and practices.
