We are seeking a professional and highly attentive Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical wellness team and support the delivery of IV and IM therapy within a premium, hospitality-led environment. As a Registered Nurse – IV Therapy & Wellness, you will combine strong clinical standards with an exceptional level of member care. You will be responsible for supporting safe and seamless IV therapy experiences, completing appropriate nursing assessments, administering prescribed therapies, monitoring members throughout treatment, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation and safety standards. We are looking for a nurse who is clinically confident, calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and naturally warm and reassuring with members. Key Responsibilities IV & IM Therapy Initiate and maintain peripheral IV access within your scope of practice and demonstrated competence. Safely administer prescribed IV infusions, injections, and other approved therapies in accordance with authorized orders and established clinical protocols. Prepare members for treatment and confirm all required clinical documentation, consent, and treatment information prior to administration. Monitor members throughout treatment and assess their response to therapy. Recognize and respond appropriately to adverse reactions, complications, or changes in a member’s condition. Clinical Assessment & Member Safety Complete appropriate pre-treatment nursing assessments, including relevant health history, allergies, medications, contraindications, and vital signs. Confirm that members meet the requirements of the applicable treatment protocol before proceeding. Escalate clinical concerns to the appropriate prescribing or supervising healthcare provider when required. Maintain awareness of emergency procedures and respond confidently and appropriately to urgent situations. Maintain privacy, confidentiality, infection-prevention, and patient-safety standards at all times. Practice within professional scope, competence, Wellness Republic clinical policies, and established treatment protocols. Member Experience Create a calm, welcoming, and professional treatment experience from arrival through completion. Clearly explain the treatment process and answer member questions within the appropriate nursing scope of practice. Help members feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their visit. Build trust and relationships while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries. Collaborate with the Front Desk & Member Experience team to create a seamless member experience. Represent the clinical side of Wellness Republic with professionalism, discretion, and confidence. Documentation & Clinical Standards Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation for every treatment. Confirm that appropriate orders, consents, assessments, and treatment records are in place. Follow medication storage, preparation, administration, and documentation procedures. Maintain treatment rooms and clinical equipment according to infection-prevention and safety standards. Follow established procedures for sharps disposal, biomedical waste, medication handling, and clinical supplies. Report incidents, adverse events, medication concerns, or clinical issues promptly and accurately. Clinical Operations Prepare treatment rooms and supplies before appointments. Monitor inventory of IV supplies, medications, clinical consumables, and emergency equipment. Support inventory rotation and expiry-date monitoring. Ensure emergency and clinical equipment is appropriately stocked and ready for use. Support opening and closing procedures for the clinical treatment area. Work collaboratively with prescribing practitioners, clinical leadership, and the broader Wellness Republic team. What We’re Looking For Current Registered Nurse (RN) registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario and a valid RN registration number is required. Previous IV therapy and venipuncture experience is strongly preferred. Confidence with peripheral IV insertion is considered a strong asset. Previous experience in IV therapy, emergency care, acute care, outpatient clinics, infusion clinics, wellness clinics, or a related clinical environment is an asset. Current CPR/BLS certification. Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to recognize and respond to adverse reactions or changes in patient condition. Strong understanding of infection prevention, medication safety, documentation, and patient confidentiality. Calm, confident, and professional clinical presence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe clinical practice. Comfortable working independently within established protocols while knowing when clinical escalation is required. Genuine interest in wellness, recovery, and preventative health. Ability to deliver clinical care within a premium hospitality environment without compromising professional nursing standards.
