Responsibilities include implementing care plans, performing light cleaning, meal preparation, and collaborating with the healthcare team. Candidates must have a high school diploma and a professional certification as a PSW, HSW, or CCA, along with current First Aid/CPR certification. A valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and a satisfactory criminal record check are also required.
