If you have experience with young children and enjoy working in a team environment, we would love to hear from you. *Responsibilities:* - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs - Supervise children during playtime, meals, and rest periods - Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians - Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children at all times - Keep records of children's progress, routines, and any incidents that occur *Qualifications:* - Previous experience working with children in a caregiving role - Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Ability to engage and educate children through creative activities - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff - Ability to maintain a clean and organized classroom environment - Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children -Must be available to work between the hours of 7:30 a.m.- 6:00 p.m, Monday to Friday. -Must have an understanding of Childcare policies and procedures. -Demonstrate ability to form strong, trusting relationships quickly with children, parents and staff. -Be comfortable working within a range of ages. Infant, Toddler and Preschool. -Ability to learn and follow routines quickly and effectively. -Knowledge of How Does Learning Happen? -Must have Standard First Aid and CPR-Level C. -Successful candidates will be required to submit a criminal reference check and medical documentation as required by the Child Care and Early Years Act.
