In this role, you will support clinical procedures, assist the dentist during treatments, and help deliver an exceptional patient experience in a modern, fully digital dental practice. What You’ll Do As a Dental Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting both the clinical team and patient experience. This position will have a strong focus on sterilization and supporting the hygiene team to ensure a smooth and efficient schedule. Responsibilities include: Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and ensuring instruments and materials are ready Taking and processing dental radiographs Supporting digital charting and documentation Maintain sterilization protocols and ensure instruments are properly cleaned, organized, and available Provide chairside and general support to hygienists to help maintain on-time patient flow Helping maintain efficient clinical flow between operatories Providing patients with clear instructions and support during their visit Contributing to a positive, organized, and team-focused environment About You You are a certified Dental Assistant who is positive, organized, and reliable, and you enjoy working in a busy clinical environment. You take pride in supporting your team and helping create an excellent experience for every patient who walks through the door. You thrive in a collaborative setting and bring professionalism, attention to detail, and a patient-focused mindset to your work each day. You are comfortable supporting both clinical and hygiene teams where needed. Certified Dental Assistant with the ability to take radiographs Positive, organized, and reliable Work well in a team-environment Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment Experience in a similar role is an asset
