Coordinate staffing schedules and fill open shifts for healthcare facilities and private clients, while tracking attendance, availability, leave, and schedule changes. Communicate with clients and healthcare staff, maintain accurate records and reports, support onboarding, and collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to meet staffing needs.
