Your Role at Therapia: As a physiotherapist at Therapia, you will conduct in-home physiotherapy assessments and treat a range of acute and chronic conditions, while also focusing on wellness and prevention to help patients maintain their health and stay active long term. What We Expect From You: Conduct Assessment and Develop Care Plans: Perform comprehensive in-home physiotherapy assessments to evaluate mobility, strength, pain and function. Use clinical reasoning to develop personalized, goal-orientated treatment plans. Deliver Evidence Based Treatment: Provide hands on and/or virtual physiotherapy including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises and active rehab interventions tailored to each patient’s needs Monitor Progress and Adjust Plans: Track outcomes, update treatment goals and be adaptable to patients changing needs to ensure they are progressing and reaching milestones Ensure Safety and Compliance: Assess home environments for safety risks, follow infection control protocols and adhere to regulatory documentation standards. Manage Your Caseload Independently: Use Therapia’s convenient platform to manage clinical notes and coordinate directly with patients in your preferred service area. Educate and Empower Your Patients: Instruct patients and families on home exercise programs, and post-operative care to support recovery and independence. Collaborate with our Administrative Team: Coordinate your schedule and availability with the team to ensure seamless operation for patient bookings. Must be a registered physiotherapist in good standing with the provincial college. Experience in orthopedic, post-surgical, pediatric, or geriatric physiotherapy is considered a strong asset.
