Responsibilities include performing clinical procedures, administering medication, documenting resident outcomes, and assisting with daily living activities.

The Licensed Practical Nurse manages day-to-day operations of the Adult Day Program, including client assessments, care planning, and medication administration. They also supervise staff, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.
