Develop and implement nursing care plans and provide safe, competent, ethical, family-centered care to children throughout their perioperative journey. Collaborate with children, families, and the interdisciplinary team while maintaining clinical competence through lifelong learning and evidence-based practice.

Assess pediatric patients with movement dysfunction and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for cardiorespiratory needs in an acute rehabilitation setting. Deliver physiotherapy interventions, coordinate care with other disciplines, educate families and caregivers, maintain clinical records, and provide weekend coverage.

Perform X-ray and CT imaging, assess whether requested studies are appropriate, maintain accurate patient and image records, and provide safe, comfortable care to children. Follow radiation safety and quality-control procedures, maintain equipment, support departmental workflow, and contribute to staff orientation and student training.

Provide and coordinate advanced inpatient care for pediatric patients receiving or being considered for blood or marrow transplant and cellular therapy, while supporting patients and families throughout treatment.
