Job summary

A new approach to family health care Tall Tree Health is a multi-clinic allied health organization with more than 17 professional disciplines under one roof. Our mission is to "do healthcare the way it should be done". We're building a unique nurse practitioner led family practice for families with young children that blends medical expertise, lifestyle guidance and prevention and couples that with a comprehensive allied health care team to cover all the bases. The role As a Nurse Practitioner here, you'll deliver longitudinal primary care to families while working inside an expert interdisciplinary team: physiotherapists, occupational therapists, counsellors, speech-language pathologists, dieticians, kinesiologists and nurses. You'll be a trusted guide for families, providing personalized primary care for children and parents alike, addressing immediate concerns while supporting long-term health. Beyond consultations, you'll help build the preventative, lifestyle-focused programs that make this model work. What makes this a special role: A practice context that isn't a whack-a-mole scramble of reacting to disease. Have adequate time with your patients and a manageable panel load. Work in a paradigm that emphasizes behavioral change as much as medical intervention. Be supported by a capable inter-professional team so we can all work to the best of our scopes and you don't need to do everything alone. Being the Clinical Lead means a real seat at the table: program design, team development, and the direction of the practice are conversations you'll be in from day one. What We Offer: A team of "practitionerds" representing more than 17 different professional disciplines. A beautiful well-equipped clinic. A creative culture that is agile and constantly improving. A collaborative and fun environment without the corporate vibe. Opportunities for professional growth with significant investment in team education. Forward thinking healthcare, focused on the patients we serve and optimizing their health.
