Your Day-to-Day * Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation) * Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a positive environment * Maintain cleanliness in resident rooms and common areas to ensure safety and hygiene * Support residents with mobility and encourage participation in social activities * Monitor residents’ health and promptly report changes to nursing staff * Provide specialized care to residents with dementia using appropriate techniques * Collaborate with team members to deliver holistic, individualized care What You Bring to the Team * Previous experience in caregiving, senior care, or related fields preferred * Knowledge of medication administration protocols is considered an asset * Compassionate, resident-focused approach with respect for dignity and privacy * Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting * Physical ability to assist with mobility and perform safe lifting/moving of residents * Commitment to maintaining clean and organized living spaces * Experience working with persons with disabilities is highly desirable This job posting is for an existing vacancy.
