Période d'affectation Dès que possible au 10 Septembre aux urgences ( Peu être comblé partiellement). Dès que possible au 10 Septembre aux soins intensifs ( Peu être comblé partiellement). Horaire Temps complet (38.25H/semaine) Quarts : Jour / Soir / Nuit Exigences Expérience en urgence Voiture obligatoire Pour URGENCE Doit être en mesure de faire du triage et de la salle de Réa. Apte réanimation, ACLS et RCR à jour, Apte triage, CTAS est un atout. Pour Soins Intensif Apte lecture d'arythmie Apte réanimation ACLS-RCR à jour Principales responsabilités Accueillir et évaluer les usagers à l'urgence Effectuer le triage selon l'Échelle canadienne Assurer la prise en charge des cas de traumatologie et de réanimation Évaluer l'état de santé des patients et prodiguer les soins requis Collaborer avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire afin d'assurer une prise en charge rapide et sécuritaire Assurer une documentation clinique complète et conforme Intéressé(e) ? What you’ll do

Requirements

Candidates must have experience in emergency nursing and hold valid ACLS and RCR certifications. Proficiency in triage, resuscitation, and arrhythmia reading is required, along with access to a vehicle.
