Fin de semaine : 1/3 Exigences Membre en règle de l'OIIQ Expérience pertinente en soins à domicile. La ressource doit avoir son véhicule. CV à jour Principales responsabilités Assurer la surveillance postopératoire obligatoire. Évaluer l'état de santé des usagers et assurer le suivi clinique. Administrer les traitements et les médicaments prescrits. Collaborer avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire afin d'assurer des soins sécuritaires et de qualité.
