Infirmier(ère) clinicien(ne) assistant(e) supérieur(e) immédiat(e) – CHSLD Les Bergeronnes Services SFT est à la recherche de candidatures afin de combler un besoin au CHSLD Les Bergeronnes, dans la région de la Haute-Côte-Nord. Titre d’emploi : Infirmier(ère) clinicien(ne) assistant(e) supérieur(e) immédiat(e) Lieu : CHSLD Les Bergeronnes Haute-Côte-Nord Période du mandat : Du 27 avril au 18 octobre 2026 Horaire : Jour, soir et nuit Une fin de semaine sur deux Principales responsabilités : Assurer la coordination clinique des soins auprès des résidents Soutenir et accompagner l'équipe soignante dans la prestation des soins Participer à l'évaluation de l'état de santé des usagers et au suivi des plans de soins Collaborer avec les différents professionnels afin d'assurer la qualité et la continuité des services Contribuer à la gestion des priorités cliniques et au bon fonctionnement de l'unité Veiller au respect des procédures, protocoles et normes de qualité Exigences : Membre en règle de l’OIIQ Véhicule obligatoire Orientation : 2 jours Intéressé(e) ?
