OFFRE DE CONTRAT – INFIRMIER(ÈRE) Services SFT est à la recherche d’une ressource pour le besoin suivant : Titre : Infirmier(ère) – CHSLD Les Escoumins Type de demande : Débutant dans 7 jours ou plus Installation principale : CHSLD Les Escoumins Territoire : Haute Côte-Nord Période du contrat Début : 2026-07-13 Fin prévue : 2026-08-07 (sans possibilité de prolongation) Horaire Quart de travail : Jour Fin de semaine : Aucune Rôle L’infirmier(ère) en CHSLD assure la prestation de soins aux résidents en milieu d’hébergement de longue durée, en collaboration avec l’équipe soignante. Tâches principales Évaluer l’état de santé des résidents Administrer les soins infirmiers et traitements prescrits Assurer la surveillance clinique et le suivi des usagers Distribuer et gérer la médication selon les protocoles Collaborer avec l’équipe interdisciplinaire Rédiger les notes au dossier et assurer le suivi des soins Veiller au bien-être, au confort et à la sécurité des résidents Orientation 2 jours d’orientation Intéressé(e) ?
