Provide direct patient and family-centered care for individuals with acute medical and cardiac conditions within a 24-bed unit. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to perform assessments, administer medications, and manage complex clinical procedures. Must be a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) and hold current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification. Preferred candidates possess at least two years of recent acute care clinical experience.
