Assists residents with hygiene, daily living activities, and mobilization while collaborating on individualized care plans. Performs delegated nursing acts and supports resident leisure activities and light housekeeping.

Requires a valid Personal Care Worker course or equivalent and a clear criminal record with vulnerable sector screening. CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred, along with experience in long-term care or dementia care.
