Collaborates with the resident and other members of the interdisciplinary team in the development of individualized Resident Care Plan. Assists in the planning and implementation of resident leisure activities daily. Assists with light housekeeping duties. Performs delegated nursing acts according to company policy and scope of practice. Communicates and reports relevant information regarding resident care or safety to Supervisor Additional duties as required About You In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring: A valid Personal Support Worker diploma Ability to work a schedule of flexible hours and shifts inclusive of days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to provide a clear criminal record with vulnerable sector screening upon hire. Advanced proficiency in the English language is required, proficiency in French considered an asset. Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care course considered an asset. Previous working experience with elderly in long-term care or a senior living environment an asset.
