Lieu CHSLD Boréal (Chibougamau) | CRSSS de la Baie-James Département : Milieu de vie-CHSLD Période d'affectation 08 septembre au 07 décembre 2026 Horaire Temps complet Quarts de jour uniquement Garde : Non 7/7 du mercredi au mardi de 6h45 à 15h00 (possibilité de supplémentaire) avec 45 minutes de temps de repas Exigences Membre en règle de l'OIIAQ Voiture requise Permis de conduire requis : Oui Véhicule automobile requis : Oui Qualifications demandées: "Expérience récente en CHSLD, avoir fait la formation DCI (cristal net) et SIL-P" Principales responsabilités Évaluer l'état de santé des usagers au CHSLD Planifier, prodiguer et assurer le suivi des soins infirmiers Collaborer avec l'équipe interdisciplinaire afin d'assurer la continuité des soins Participer à l'enseignement auprès des usagers et de leurs proches Assurer une documentation clinique complète et conforme Intéressé(e) ? What you’ll do

Assess the health status of residents in a long-term care facility and plan and provide necessary nursing care. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and provide education to users and their families while maintaining complete clinical documentation.

Requirements

Must be a member in good standing with the OIIAQ and possess a valid driver's license and vehicle. Recent experience in long-term care (CHSLD) and training in DCI (Cristal Net) and SIL-P are required.
