Subsidized RNAO & RPNAO memberships Mobile device and 3 uniforms provided Requirements Current Certificate of Competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) LEAP Certificate required / Willing to complete LEAP Certificate within 6 months of hire Minimum 1 year Hospice Palliative care experience and ongoing continuing education is preferred Experience working with vulnerable populations Mental Health Nursing Certification or equivalent training preferred 1 year Mental Health experience and ongoing continuing education is an asset Well-developed interpersonal skills and excellent organizational skills Able to work independently as well as part of an integrated health care team (PSWs, RPNs, Physician, Nurses, Hospices Volunteers) Effective problem-solving and conflict management skills Works well in a changing environment with an appreciation for continuous quality improvement processes A current First Aid and CPR certificate is required Availability to work 12 hour shifts (7am-7pm) About SE Health SE Health is a not-for-profit social enterprise advancing health with heart. Requirements

Must be a Registered Practical Nurse with a current CNO Certificate of Competence and a LEAP Certificate (or willingness to obtain one). Experience in hospice palliative care and working with vulnerable populations is preferred.
