Subsidized OPSWA memberships Paid travel time and mileage between clients Mobile device and 3 uniforms provided Requirements Current PSW Certificate mandatory and availability to work flexible shifts (Days 7am-7pm) Direct experience working with Mental Health patients and/or homeless populations preferred Hospice Palliative care experience and ongoing continuing education is an asset Experience working with vulnerable populations Excellent Communication skills both orally and verbally along with exceptional computer skills Well-developed interpersonal skills and excellent organizational skills Able to work independently as well as part of an integrated team (nurse, physician, hospices, etc) Effective problem-solving and conflict management skills A current CPR and Standard First Aid certificate is required About SE Health SE Health is a not-for-profit social enterprise advancing health with heart. Requirements

Must hold a current Personal Support Worker (PSW) certificate and a valid CPR/Standard First Aid certificate. Experience working with mental health patients, homeless populations, or in hospice palliative care is preferred.
