Human Resources Exemption: No Education Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) Licenses Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS) Other Education and Training Nursing diploma is acceptable Competencies Communication skills Interpersonal skills Knowledge and Abilities Ability to work and communicate in a cross cultural setting Ability to conduct assessments/prioritize client needs/develop treatment plans Commitment to continued learning and professional development.
