Joins-toi à la Garde infirmière médicale associée (GIMA) et contribue à assurer la continuité des services de soutien à domicile (SAD) auprès de la clientèle montréalaise lorsque les CLSC sont fermés. La GIMA travaille en collaboration avec le Service régional Info-Santé et Info-Social (SRISIS). Selon les besoins de la clientèle, l’intervention peut notamment nécessiter une visite à domicile, et le service couvre l’ensemble de l’île de Montréal. Ce qui rend ce rôle unique À la GIMA, tu mets ton jugement clinique et ton autonomie professionnelle au premier plan. Tu interviens auprès d’une clientèle à domicile et contribues à offrir le bon soutien au bon moment, tout en favorisant la continuité des services. Les soins palliatifs font également partie de la réalité clinique de la GIMA et les situations de soins palliatifs sont considérées comme prioritaires pour les visites à domicile.
