Supported and educated families during challenging moments, creating meaningful moments of reassurance and trust. Mentored new colleagues and students, sharing knowledge and building a strong, supportive care culture. Participated in quality improvement huddles—your ideas directly shaped how we deliver care. Ended your shift knowing you made someone’s day better—not just through expert clinical care, but through moments that truly matter.
