The Registered Practical Nurse provides person-centered nursing care and develops care plans for residents in a long-term care setting. They also provide leadership to personal care attendants and ensure the safety and dignity of all residents.

Provide individualized nursing care to residents in accordance with professional standards and the Butterfly Model of Care. Oversee nursing personnel, manage medication administration, and maintain accurate documentation for resident health records.
