We are looking for caring Health Care Workers to join our team in Edmonton South and surrounding areas. This is a meaningful role where you can make a real difference in someone’s day. What You Will Do As a Health Care Worker, you will help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Your duties may include: * Helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care * Supporting clients with walking, transfers, and mobility * Preparing or reheating meals * Giving reminders or support with medications, as directed * Providing companionship and emotional support * Helping keep the client’s home clean and safe * Supporting clients living with dementia or disabilities * Following the client’s care plan * Reporting changes or concerns to the Director of Care * Documenting care clearly and on time * Transferring assistance from manual to mechanical What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is kind, dependable, and respectful. Qualifications include: * Experience in home care, senior care, assisted living, or a care setting * Knowledge of personal care and safe client support * Experience with dementia care is an asset * Medication support experience is an asset * Experience supporting people with disabilities is an asset * Strong communication skills * Ability to work on your own and as part of a team * Physical ability to assist with care tasks * Health Care Aide, PSW, nursing student, International Nurse, or related training is an asset Why Join Qualicare? Requirements

Candidates should have experience in home care, senior care, or assisted living, with a preference for those with dementia or disability support experience. Training as a Health Care Aide, PSW, or nursing student is considered an asset.
