They are responsible for managing crisis situations, documenting patient progress, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe patient care. Requires current registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives and two years of recent experience in a tertiary care emergency department or medical/surgical experience with a specialty program. Candidates must be able to perform CPR and communicate effectively within a clinical team.
