Job Code: 25981 Status: Part Time Location: Providence Transitional Care Centre Union: ONA PCH Wage: $41.15 - $58.98 Posting Period: July 30, 2026 - August 5, 2026 As a member of an inter-professional team, the role of the Registered Nurse (RN) at Providence Care is to deliver safe, effective, patient centred care to assigned patients in a non-acute setting as outlined by hospital policies and procedures and the Standards of Nursing Practice of the College of Nurses of Ontario. Working at full scope of practice, the overall function of the RN is to assess, plan, implement and evaluate the clinical conditions and transition of the patient and to enhance the quality of life by meeting the physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs of each person.
