Respond to medical and safety information inquiries from consumers, healthcare professionals, and other external customers through multiple channels, using approved labeling, standard responses, literature, and other data. Document and report adverse events, pregnancy reports, special situations, and product complaints accurately and on time, while maintaining quality and complying with applicable regulations, policies, and privacy requirements.
