We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physiotherapist to join our collaborative team. The ideal candidate is a compassionate clinician who is committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based care and helping patients improve their mobility, function, and overall quality of life. You?ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals in a supportive clinic environment, treating a diverse range of patients and musculoskeletal conditions. Experience with MSK, WSIB, and MVA patients is an asset, but not required. *Why You'll Love Working Here* *Full Administrative Support* Our team manages scheduling, reception, insurance verification, billing, patient recalls, and administrative follow-up, so you can focus on your patients. *Collaborative Team* Work alongside experienced physiotherapists, chiropractors, registered massage therapists, and rehabilitation professionals in a supportive multidisciplinary environment. *Modern Clinic* Enjoy working in our 3,600 sq. ft. multidisciplinary clinic, featuring private treatment rooms, a large rehabilitation gym, AI-assisted charting, Clinicmaster EMR, digital scheduling, and modern rehabilitation equipment. *What You'll Do* * Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions * Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based care * Manage complex WSIB, MVA, and Extended Health caseloads * Educate patients and monitor their progress * Complete clinical documentation and insurer reporting * Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team *Who We're Looking For* * Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario * Experience with outpatient MSK/orthopaedic experience * Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills * Passion for collaboration, mentorship, and exceptional patient care *Our Culture* At Physiomed, we believe exceptional patient care starts with exceptional clinicians.
