Specifics about the role: Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Weekdays, evenings, and Weekends Wage: $50 - $55/hr What You’ll Be Doing Provide a full range of dental hygiene services including scaling, root planning, polishing, and fluoride application Assess patients and create personalized hygiene care plans aligned with clinical protocols Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and long-term maintenance strategies Deliver a comfortable, positive patient experience built on trust, communication, and attention to detail Build strong patient relationships through compassionate and professional care Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care What You Bring Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree Registered and in good standing with the CDHO Valid malpractice/liability insurance (CDHA or ODHA) IPAC certification You’re also someone who: Communicates clearly, professionally, and confidently with patients Thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages schedules effectively Brings a calm, patient-first approach to every interaction Works well independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team Is comfortable using dental software and digital workflows Who we are: Welcome to Passion Dental Group, a team of dedicated dental professionals committed to providing exceptional care and building a community of like-minded individuals who share our values.
