Job Description As a Health Care Aide (HCA), you will assist people in your community to live safely in their homes by supporting them with daily tasks and self-care activities. Candidates must graduate from a recognized HCA program and be willing to visit patients in their homes. Previous experience in personal hygiene care is an asset, along with compassion and good communication skills.
