We have over 20 years of experience as the cosmetic dentistry consultant for the Miss Chinese Vancouver Pageant. We provide dental care that integrates health, function, and aesthetics. Our clinic is high-tech, boutique-style, and dedicated to offering a personalized experience. We offer all scopes of dentistry including Invisalign, dental implants, periodontal surgery, oral surgery, and cosmetic dentistry. We?re looking for a passionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. If you enjoy educating patients, creating personalized care plans, and supporting their long-term oral health, and ultimately delivering the best of your knowledge, skills, and expertise, this role is for you! *Key Responsibilities:* * *Patient Care*: Deliver exceptional clinical hygiene services, including scaling, root planing, polishing, and fluoride treatments. * *Patient Education*: Empower patients by educating them on effective oral hygiene practices, disease prevention, and the importance of long-term oral health. Tailor at-home care plans to suit each patient?s unique needs. * *Treatment Planning*: Collaborate with dentist and patients to create personalized treatment plans that align with their oral health goals, and guide them on the benefits of ongoing care. * *Collaborative Care*: Work alongside other dental professionals to ensure holistic patient care and the best possible treatment outcomes. * *Building Relationships*: Foster strong, trust-based relationships with patients by offering customized, stress-free care. *Requirements:* * Valid registration as a Hygienist with BCCOHP * *English, Cantonese/ Mandarin is an asset (70-80% patient speaks Chinese)* * Proficiency in clinical hygiene procedures * Ability to excel in a collaborative team setting * Excellent communication skills with keen attention to detail * Positive attitude and dedication to exceptional patient care * *New Grads / Recent Graduates Welcome* *Skills:* * Strong customer service skills for creating a welcoming and positive patient experience * Familiarity with Sirona/iTero software is a plus * Multilingual and excellent communication skills *Wages:* * Starting $55-60 for new / recent Graduates * Negotiable for Experienced RDH with Exceptional Skills Pay: $60.00-$72.00 per hour Benefits: * Company events * Dental care * Flexible schedule * On-site parking Work Location: In person
