As an Instructor in our Primary Care Paramedic Program at Oulton College, you will have the unique chance to help shape the next generation of Paramedics. Our new instructor will have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of our programming, such as: Leading in-class didactic courses. Facilitating simulation-based practical labs. Bridging theory into practice as a facilitator for our student "On-Call" program. Actively participate in program review and improvement activities. Requirements Primary Care Paramedic diploma from an accredited program. Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Primary Care Paramedic Current active licensure with a provincial paramedic regulatory body. Previous experience in teaching/instruction is an asset. Enjoy the dynamics of teaching and learning Have a passion for student success. Have an interest in lifelong learning. Must be tech-savvy and comfortable with online software.
