With 14 complete optometry rooms, Zieuté Optométristes has established itself as an essential reference in eye health in the national capital.

We are recruiting for the L'Ancienne-Lorette branch

We are looking for an optician to complete our team in Charlesbourg

We have 4 exam rooms, 1 contact lens room, 2 delivery rooms, a laboratory and a large showroom.

Schedule and benefits:

- Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday (closed at 5:30 p.m. Friday)

Tasks and responsibilities:

- Support the customer in their choice of frame

- Adjust, repair and deliver glasses.

- Sell, fit and deliver contact lenses.

- Cut and fit the glasses.

- Determine and explain the different products available in eyewear, contact lenses and dry eyes.

- Track current orders.

- Ensure quality after-sales service.

- Resolve problems of unsuitability in eyewear or contact lenses

- Work jointly with optometrists.

- Inform clients of the different solutions available for the relief or treatment of dry eye following the optometrist's recommendations. - Ensure inventory management.

- Ensure the return of credits.

- If necessary, support technicians with pre-tests.

- Maintain knowledge of eyewear, contact lenses and general eye health.

Requirements:

- College diploma in visual orthotics

- Be a member of the Order of Dispensing Opticians of Quebec
