Coordonnatrice de Patients / Patient Coordinator

Destination Dentaire (une filiale d'Altima Dental) embauche actuellement un ou une coordonnateur/coordonnatrice de patients enthousiaste et énergique à temps plein pour se joindre à notre équipe de professionnels dans notre clinique à St. Dorothee, QC.

Vous contribuerez de manière positive aux performances du centre dentaire en offrant un excellent service aux patients et un soutien cohérent aux plans de traitement fournis par l'équipe clinique.

*Du lundi au vendredi de 9h00 à 17h00 et un samedi sur deux de 10h00 à 16h00*

Tâches:

• Créer et maintenir des contacts dans le secteur des assurances et avec des tiers payeurs, facilitant la communication entre les administrateurs du régime, les patients et le centre dentaire.
• Élaborer et tenir à jour des dossiers sur les régimes d'assurance et les programmes de services sociaux afin de maximiser l'accès des patients au financement des soins dentaires.
• Tenir une comptabilité exacte, les dossiers des patients et prépare / soumet des rapports opportuns relatifs aux opérations du centre dentaire.
• Optimiser l’agenda de rendez-vous du centre dentaire pour atteindre les budgets de revenus hebdomadaires et mensuels grâce au suivi du plan de traitement, à la circulation des informations sur le patient et à un contact continu avec le patient.
• Maintenir les relations avec les patients grâce à un dialogue continu avec les patients avant, pendant et après le traitement. Identifie et répond aux patients non satisfaits avec l'action de récupération appropriée.
• Soutenir les autres départements du centre dentaire et du groupe Altima en alignant les contributions individuelles sur celles de l'équipe et du groupe. Partage les informations nécessaires avec les autres de manière rapide et efficace.

Qualifications:

• Avoir complété avec succès un programme de réception dentaire reconnu est requis et/ou un minimum de 1-2 ans d'expérience dans un cabinet dentaire est considéré comme un atout.
• Expérience antérieure avec Power Practice est considérée comme un atout.
• Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication; écrit et verbal, une capacité à mettre les patients à l'aise.
• Capacité d'organisation supérieure. Peut gérer efficacement plusieurs tâches et respecter les délais de manière cohérente. Discipline dans les rapports et le suivi en temps opportun avec les patients, les assureurs.
• Parler couramment le français et l'anglais est

Destination Dentaire (an affiliate of Altima Dental) is currently hiring a Full-Time enthusiastic and energetic Patient Coordinator to join our team of professionals at our clinic in St. Dorothee, QC. You will positively contribute to Dental Centre performance by offering excellent patient service and consistent support of treatment plans provided by the clinical team.

Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:00pm & 2 Saturday shifts a month*

• Creates and maintains current contacts in the insurance industry and with third party payers facilitating communication among plan administrators, patients and the Dental Centre. Develops and maintain records of insurance plans and social services programs to maximize patient access to dental care funding.
• Maintains accurate accounting, patient records, and prepares/submits timely reports related to the Dental Centre operations
• Optimizes Dental Centre appointment book to achieve weekly and monthly revenue budgets through treatment plan monitoring, patient information flow and continuous patient contact.
• Maintains patient relations through ongoing dialogue with patients before, during and after treatment. Identifies and responds to unsatisfied patients with the appropriate recovery action.
• Supports other departments in the dental centre and the Altima group by aligning individual contributions with those of the team and group. Shares needed information with others in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

• Successfully completed a recognized Dental Reception program is required.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a dental practice is considered an asset.
• Previous experience with Power Practice is considered an asset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal, an ability to make patients feel comfortable and at ease.
• Superior organizational ability. Can effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently. Disciplined in timely reporting and follow up with patients, insurers.
• Fluent in French and English is a must
