CRISIS RESPONSE SUPERVISOR
FULL TIME POSITION (80 HOURS BI-WEEKLY)
START DATE: AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
The CMHA Branch provides centralized and mobile crisis services in the City of Thunder Bay and District. The program operates a 24 hour a day, seven days a week telephone call centre; Stabilization Bed Program, and a seven day week evening mobile response.
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Supervisor is responsible for providing dynamic leadership within the Crisis Program to strengthen the delivery of crisis services in Thunder Bay and the District. The Supervisor will be part of a management team and when required serve as Acting Manager. Hours of work will be rotating days/evenings, some weekends as required.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Social/Human Services with 3 to 5 years' experience in a supervisory capacity in a mental health and/or addictions environment. Other combinations of education and related experience may be considered.

This position involves flexible hours and the successful candidate must be able to work evenings and weekends, and provide emergency on-call support as needed. Must be willing to work nights, and this position requires the ability to work a variety of shifts including evening and weekends and providing emergency on call services.
