The Bilingual Senior Manager, Employee Well-Being oversees the strategy and execution of employee well-being programs, policies and practices. This position is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Employee Well-Being team comprised of the following functions: employee relations (ER), absence and disability management and case management activities, health and safety and ethical culture.
