Director of Clinical Services & Nursing
• Full-time position
Reporting to the Chief of Clinical Services & Chief Nursing Executive, the Director of Clinical Services & Nursing has responsibility and accountability for a range of nursing focused clinical services & quality care at MAHC. The position is responsible for support and promotion of patient-centred care, patient safety initiatives, maintaining a supportive work environment and leading practices within the programs to achieve outcomes identified in the MAHC Strategic Plan. The position is accountable to ensure seamless, consistent, timely and high-quality services to patients/clients across the continuum of care provided by MAHC. The successful incumbent will be registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario, hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and five to seven years progressive management experience in a health care environment. A masters degree is considered an asset.
