Are you a health care professional with experience managing and overseeing the administration of high-quality physical or mental health care? Are you passionate about providing and overseeing positive healthcare outcomes to workers in B.C.? If so, we have an opportunity for a Program Manager to oversee the administrative, financial, and clinical activities of the health care provided to injured workers throughout the province.
As a Program Manager, you'll work alongside a team of health care professionals with varying backgrounds who oversee the delivery of physical and mental health services for workers throughout the province. We leverage our strong, collaborative relationships with health care providers across B.C. to ensure our customers in our Claims and Rehabilitation Services department have the tools they need to get injured workers recovered, healthy, and back to work.
How you'll make a difference: You'll ensure we offer effective and evidence-based access to programs and services to help people recover when they've been injured at work.
At WorkSafeBC, we offer a model that combines the convenience of working remotely with the dynamism of working in one of our offices, based on the operational needs of the position.
In this role, you'll work primarily from our Richmond office, with some flexibility to work from your home in B.C. Please note that occasional travel throughout the province is a requirement and applicants must have a valid B.C. driver's license.

Salary: $116,185 – 141,165/annually
