What You'll Bring Current registration with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia. Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent education and training in leadership, education, or health systems. At least three years of clinical Physiotherapy experience across areas such as acute care, community, or residential services. Experience in a leadership, supervisory, mentorship, or educational capacity. Training in adult education or a comparable combination of education and experience. What you’ll do
Lead learning and development initiatives to strengthen clinical excellence and design education programs for physiotherapy staff. Facilitate mentorship, support staff orientation, and contribute to the development of clinical standards and best practices.
Requirements
Requires current registration with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia and a Master's degree or equivalent leadership/education training. Candidates must have at least three years of clinical physiotherapy experience and a valid BC Driver's License.
