We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse with a dedication for delivering compassionate patient care to join our team at Rainbow Lodge. In accordance with the established mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of Northern Health, and under the general supervision of Manager or designate, this position contributes to the delivery of quality resident care, professional nursing practice and the enhancement of geriatric services in a Long-Term Care setting through nursing practice assessment and development, clinical consultation, quality improvement, care coordination, staff health and other leadership activities. The Clinical Practice Lead will work as part of multidisciplinary team and work collaboratively with others to positively impact nursing care in Long Term Care nursing practice. Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Monday to Friday, Days, 06:45 to 14:45
