The Clinical Nurse Educator identifies, plans, and delivers training and orientation programs to help staff meet key competencies. They also manage preceptorship programs and revise patient care standards and policies. Candidates must have 3 years of recent experience in an acute medical/surgical in-patient unit. They must be registered with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives and be able to travel.
