Required Education & Certification(s) Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario Current BLS (Basic Life Support) IV Therapy Required Skills & Experience(s) Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in an interdisciplinary team environment. Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task. Show an eagerness and capacity to adapt to change. Ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues and management. Regular and punctual attendance is a requirement of this position. Desired Skills, Experience(s) & Education 2 years of previous Complex Continuing Care, Long Term Care or Medical/Surgical nursing experience. Must have current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario and BLS certification. Preferred experience includes 2 years in Complex Continuing Care, Long Term Care, or Medical/Surgical nursing.
