*Administration Assistant:* The Administration Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the ski hill management team. This role helps ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the resort by handling office administration, customer inquiries, staff documentation, scheduling support, and general coordination between departments. *Key Responsibilities* Answer phone calls, emails, booking requests, cat skiing and visitor inquiries in a professional manner. Provide administrative support to management and department supervisors. Snow report and website updates with strong POS skills. Help maintain photo updating, poster creations, and social media updates. Maintain employee records, schedules, and personnel files. Manage office supplies and equipment inventory. Maintain filing systems, databases, and operational records. Support seasonal hiring and onboarding activities. Assist guests with general resort information and direct inquiries to appropriate departments. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence as required. Support special events and seasonal operational projects. *Qualifications* High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business administration is an asset. Previous administrative or office experience preferred. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, seasonal environment. Customer service experience is an asset. *Skills & Attributes* Attention to detail and accuracy. Professional and friendly demeanor. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Strong problem-solving skills. Reliable and adaptable. Comfortable interacting with guests, staff, and management. *Working Conditions* Seasonal from (October to May) May require occasional evening, weekend, and holiday work during peak ski season. Office-based role with regular interaction with resort staff and guests.
