The clinic is led by a sports medicine physician with an established practice and an existing referral network for physiotherapy. The space is purpose-built, the equipment is new, and the model is designed to give clinicians the time and support to treat patients properly rather than work through a high-volume schedule. They are looking for a Physiotherapist who is comfortable practising independently and wants to work alongside other health professionals while maintaining real ownership over their clinical decisions. What the role offers • $45 to $55 per hour • Guaranteed hourly compensation with no fee split • Independent contractor arrangement • 3 days per week to start, with the opportunity to increase to 5 • Downtown Toronto near Queen and Spadina • One-on-one patient care • Collaboration with a sports medicine physician • Support from a Registered Kinesiologist for exercise progression • New clinical space and equipment • Meaningful autonomy over assessment and treatment planning The Physiotherapist will lead the patient relationship from a clinical perspective, including assessment, treatment planning and treatment delivery. The Kinesiologist will support exercise progression under the Physiotherapist’s direction. We are open to different levels of experience. The priority is finding someone with strong clinical judgment, confidence working independently and a genuine interest in providing high-quality musculoskeletal care. Candidates must hold an Independent Practice certificate with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, be in good standing and carry professional liability insurance.
