Nurse Practitioner, Men’s Health Downtown Toronto | Full-time | $80 - $85/hr per hour plus bonus New clinic opening October 2026 Recruitment partner: MediFlex Talent Solutions The opportunity A growing men’s health clinic is opening its second Toronto location in the Financial District, directly connected to the PATH. This is an opportunity to become the founding Nurse Practitioner for the new clinic. You will lead patient care from day one, supported by two RPNs, a Clinic Manager, a Client Experience Lead, established treatment protocols, and hands-on owners who are actively involved in the business. The company opened its first Toronto clinic in January 2026. That location has become a training site for clinicians across the national network, and its Lead Nurse Practitioner has trained many of the NPs currently working within the system. The practice This is not primary care or a traditional family medicine environment. The clinic focuses on men’s health, hormone optimization, and ongoing treatment relationships. You will work with a consistent patient population, guide patients through their treatment options, and see the results of your care over time. The environment is social, energetic, and intentionally different from a typical medical office. Patients stay and talk, music is playing, and the team takes pride in creating an experience people genuinely enjoy returning to. The clinic is looking for someone who brings both clinical credibility and personality. The right NP is warm, confident, engaging, and able to build trust quickly with a predominantly male patient population. What you will do Lead clinical care and patient relationships at the downtown location Conduct consultations, assessments, follow-ups, and treatment reviews Deliver and manage hormone therapy, injection, and men’s health protocols Educate patients on treatment options and address their questions or concerns Help appropriate patients move forward with ongoing treatment plans Work closely with two RPNs, a Clinic Manager, and a Client Experience Lead Maintain accurate charting and clinical documentation Help establish the culture and patient experience of the new clinic Support the location as it grows from four operating days to five Schedule The clinic will initially operate Monday to Thursday. Patient hours are 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. One to two additional hours required for charting and documentation No weekends; Fridays will be added as the clinic grows The long-term schedule will be Monday to Friday Candidates who want a fifth day before Fridays are added downtown may be able to work one day per week at the existing midtown clinic. Compensation $80 to $85 per hour Flexibility for candidates with directly relevant private-pay or hormone therapy experience Annual bonus potential of approximately $15,000 to $20,000 Open to either an independent contractor or T4 employment arrangement What we are looking for Required Nurse Practitioner registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario and in good standing Strong communication and relationship-building skills A social and engaging approach to patient care Confidence working with a predominantly male patient population Comfort discussing treatment options, addressing hesitation, and explaining the value of care Interest in a stable daytime schedule and long-term patient relationships Preferred Experience with BHRT, testosterone replacement therapy, hormone optimization, or men’s health Experience in a private-pay clinic, medical aesthetics practice, med spa, or wellness clinic Familiarity with package-based, membership-based, or recurring treatment models Direct hormone therapy experience is an asset but is not required. Strong clinicians who are eager to learn will receive structured training from the network’s original NP trainer. This role is probably not the right fit for you if You are looking for complex diagnostic work or a family medicine caseload You prefer telehealth, remote, or asynchronous work You find a highly social and interactive clinic environment draining You are uncomfortable discussing treatment costs or helping patients make decisions about ongoing care Start date and paid training The downtown clinic is scheduled to open in mid-October 2026. Candidates who are available earlier may begin paid training and shadowing with the Lead Nurse Practitioner starting September 1, 2026. The September ramp-up is optional. Candidates who are only available for the October opening will still be considered.
