Job summary

🌟 NURSE PRACTITIONER | 📍Richmond Hill, ON 💰 $70–$90/hr | Monday–Friday | No Weekends or On-Call Learn from one of Canada's most experienced BHRT and Women's Health physicians while building long-term relationships with highly engaged patients. Mediflex Talent Solutions has been exclusively retained to recruit a Nurse Practitioner for a highly respected physician-led integrative health clinic in the Greater Toronto Area. This is not a traditional primary care role. This is an opportunity to join an established practice that has spent more than three decades helping patients optimize their health through evidence-based hormone therapy, women's health care, preventative medicine, and functional health approaches. The clinic has developed a reputation that attracts patients from across Canada and internationally, many of whom specifically seek out the expertise offered by the practice. For the right Nurse Practitioner, this role offers something increasingly difficult to find in healthcare today: time with patients, meaningful clinical mentorship, and the ability to focus on delivering exceptional care rather than managing overwhelming patient volumes. Why This Opportunity Stands Out ✅ Work directly alongside a highly respected physician with more than 30 years of clinical experience ✅ Receive hands-on mentorship in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), menopause management, thyroid optimization, weight management, and integrative medicine ✅ Build long-term relationships with motivated patients who are invested in their health outcomes ✅ Enjoy a collaborative environment where your clinical opinions and contributions are valued ✅ Longer appointment times that allow for comprehensive assessments and thoughtful treatment planning ✅ No evenings, no weekends, and no on-call requirements ✅ Flexible employment structure available (Employee or Independent Contractor) What You'll Be Doing • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and health evaluations • Review laboratory testing and diagnostic information • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician • Manage ongoing patient care and follow-up appointments • Support patients through menopause, perimenopause, hormone optimization, thyroid health, medical weight management, and overall wellness programs • Provide education and guidance to patients regarding treatment options and lifestyle interventions • Collaborate with the physician and clinic team to continually enhance patient care and clinical outcomes Who We're Looking For • Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) as a Nurse Practitioner (Extended Class) • Strong clinical foundation in primary care, family practice, women's health, endocrinology, or related areas • Passion for patient-centered care and preventative health • Interest in hormones, women's health, functional medicine, and root-cause healthcare approaches • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, relationship-focused approach to patient care Preferred Experience • 3+ years of Nurse Practitioner experience • Previous exposure to BHRT, menopause management, women's health, or integrative medicine • Experience working in private practice or specialty clinical environments Compensation & Schedule This is an exceptional opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner seeking a career-defining role with mentorship, professional growth, and the ability to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives. Confidential inquiries are welcome. Please email your resume [email protected]
